It’s great to keep track where everything is, what is being picked up and where it’s going as well as what should be returned. This allows for smooth follow up, and avoids items disappearing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Somehow it’s not yet so easy to have the planning tool visible to everyone. Also the rental could be more planning oriented for managing reservations in the future (proposing what device to use etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I prefer is the ease of creating a quote for the rental of equipment and automatic monthly invoicing via the coupled subscription module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with stock and sales. You can rent and sell at the same time. You can deliver rented and sold products together. You can then sell rented products and cancel incoming rental returns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not easy to define rental pricing on some complex scenarios. If you step out of quantity the one unit of time you selected on the sale, it becomes counter intuitive. In rental, upsell is frequent and requires to be flexible on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
