To be honest it was not a smooth ride in odoo. Had many bumps in my project due to not having an account manager. Later an account manager was assigned but did not handle the conflicts well and i requested a change in management. Later, mariam osama became my account mamager and its been a smooth ride since then. She is very proactive and sharp and jumps on any issue we face in my subscription.
