Odoo is easy .. simple and full of features including APIs that helped us integrate the company functions to implement great features to become more responsive to our customers and automated practiacally every aspect of our business. the support and followup that we have from the team in our local language was super. I worked with many other ERP systems .. this is by far much better.. however if I have a dislike about something I would say that the lake of automated upgrade for Onpremis servers is an aspect that I dislike .. there are some reasons that clients do not want a hosted service.. or want to host at a specific location .. I used Odoo primarily as a CRM, however I realized that it was much more. There are great features for small and medium companies.

I really the simplicity and flexibility what Odoo provides. We did some integration with external tools and were using this quite often on daily basis. Especially pipeline and deal management. One challenge we've faced is the complexity of receiving and journaling donations.
