For me and my team, the best part is that we can integrate any other business operation into our MA. We can send automated communications based on billing, project status, TOD, BOM, inventory levels, and anything else we can dream up. It's different enough that it requires training to use. To get the full power out of it (more power than any other platform) it requires a developer and that you use Odoo for all operations. We are able to manage marketing processes on multiple campaigns, across multiple channels, automatically and with ease. With Odoo marketing automation, we are target customer groups and product groups with automated messages through email. One example is we are able to automatically send feedback email to customers after an e-commerce sale and of the back of the feedback if it is negative action a salesperson to call and resolve any issue that may have happened.
