I got a chance to use Odoo Marketing Automation while experimenting with a few freelancing projects during my MBA. I was in the middle of applying my classroom learning in marketing and wanted to see how tech tools could make campaigns more efficient, so I picked Odoo as a test platform. The tool is surprisingly straightforward once you spend a little time with it. I really appreciated the way it allows you to automate email campaigns and track responses without needing a lot of technical know-how. The workflow design is quite visual, so it helped me actually understand how automation flows work in practice, which was a good complement to my academic learning.
