The most seful thing that I found is that I can easily create tickets and add events in the ticket, like if we have a meeting or some discussion or any event apart from thether the ticket is pending with user or vendor. When we create ticket and if we wish to assign to any other customer, not me, it is not possible. Like there should be a dropdown where we can select, who the customer is.
