Odoo Accounting provide all the Accounting aspects in a single module. Like Chart of Accounts, Journal, Taxes, Assest management, Invoices, Bills and its entries. Mean all the functionality are available in a singe module.

I recoment the Ease of Use of odoo accounting and its implementation, Customer Support and Frequency of Use. We can also integrate it with QuickBook or some other accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
