Odojo's is a cloud-based management platform built specifically for martial arts schools (dojos) and the organizations and federations that oversee them. It replaces spreadsheets, paper forms and scattered WhatsApp groups with one system that covers the day-to-day running of a school: student enrollment and profiles, attendance tracking, belt and rank progression by discipline (Karate-Do, Judo, Aikido, MMA and more), membership fees and payment tracking, and communication with students and families. What sets Odojo's apart is its two-level structure: it was designed not only for individual schools, but also for martial arts organizations and federations that need visibility across all the schools under their umbrella. An organization can see enrollment, grading and activity data from every affiliated dojo in one place, while each school keeps full control of its own day-to-day management. This makes Odojo's a natural fit for federations, associations and multi-branch academies, not just single standalone schools. The platform is built by a team with a real martial arts background, so the terminology, grading structures and workflows reflect how dojos actually operate rather than being adapted from generic gym or CRM software. It currently supports Karate-Do, Judo, Aikido and MMA grading structures, with more disciplines being added based on customer needs. Odojo's is offered as a SaaS product with straightforward pricing plans for schools of different sizes, plus tailored arrangements for organizations and federations managing multiple affiliated schools. New schools can try the product through a guided demo and a waitlist-based onboarding process. The product is actively developed and already in use by real martial arts schools and organizations, including Seito Karate-do Internacional. The team is based in Zaragoza, Spain, and is expanding the product's reach to martial arts communities internationally.
