The central platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to check data as it comes in through their review features. The customer and tech support is very responsive and helpful. It's not possible to build or save forms templates and there isn't a simple data visualization features to help see trends as data comes in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ODK solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to be able to collect data from people who live in a variety of terrains, contexts, and skill levels with smart phones/ devices. Having a link and QR code along with an app that respondents are familiar with helps ensure our forms reach the people we need.
