The customer and tech support is very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about ODK?** It's not possible to build or save forms templates and there isn't a simple data visualization features to help see trends as data comes in. **What problems is ODK solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to be able to collect data from people who live in a variety of terrains, contexts, and skill levels with smart phones/ devices. Having a link and QR code along with an app that respondents are familiar with helps ensure our forms reach the people we need. The offline functionality also ensures that data can still be captured in remote areas. ### 2.
