It is configured exactly to my Organizations structure so we didnot need to change any processes to accomodate Odilty. Changes and additions are easy. There is Zero downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Odilty? A lot of isses were resolved by the new version. The AI in analytics is non existant but I guess that is by choice.
