I like that everything I need is right on one platform with Odessa Platform. It's extremely important and easy to find existing customers; all I have to do is search under the customer's tab. The accuracy of the lease payments is also great, as it takes the guesswork out of exactly what is needed to give to the customer. We're in the process of migrating to the newest version, and the possibilities of making our business most efficient are endless. On the old/existing version, the customizations have made the support experience difficult on all parties. Updates and customizations are cumbersome. Some of the functionalities that are offered in the traditional leasing side of Odessa are not included in the Pay-per-use module at the moment.
