I was looking for improving my soft skills when I discovered the platform and maybe to learn something new that can become a side gig. It was really easy to navigate and select the course that best fit me. +++ I love that I got a blockchain diploma at the end of the course!!! **What do you dislike about ODEM?** Would be great to find a short 30 sec video to describe the course and not only the text. **Recommendations to others considering ODEM:** Just go there and you will find what you need. In terms of softskills and on demand skills I found sooo many options to take! **What problems is ODEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was in search for some soft skills for leading a team, I got promoted last year and I lack some of those leadership skills since I was never before a team leader.
