One of the major drawbacks of the platform is it's dependence on strong internet connectivity and device performance.
Users have reported lag or poor video quality during live seasions, audio-video synchronization problems in low-bandwidth areas.
Also AR annotation is difficult to use on older smartphones and devices.

During my time in my previous organization where I worked as a Senior Consultant in the IT department. It helped the team to take remote access and guide the technicians and users during a troubleshooting.
