OCTYN builds and operates custom AI systems and internal tools for businesses. The buyer is a specific operational shape rather than an industry: a business that delivers its value through repeated human touchpoints across fragmented channels, where a person has to reassemble context by hand before every next action. It shows up in health and behaviour coaching, clinics, home care, recruiting, advisory, education, property management, legal case management and membership organisations. The tell a coordinator whose whole role is rebuilding that context. Engagements run in three stages. A paid Consult maps the automatable workflows in the operation and produces a report the client owns outright and can take anywhere. A Build is scoped from that report and runs in sprints with a written update every Friday. An optional Run keeps the system alive in production, or the system is handed over with docs, admin credentials and a runbook.
