What do you like best about Octopush?

I like the fact that I can boost the response rate and sales with one easy-to-use tool. It's perfect if you want to target either leads/ current clients with an SMS Campaign, which is way personal than an email campaign for example. I also like the small, yet essential features, such as the personalization merge tags and the fact that they're GDPR compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octopush?

Nothing so far as the tool provides all that we are currently looking for. I just prefer the english language to be applied as the emails received for the system are still in French Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Octopush?

A present and responsive technical support that addresses customer issues. Availability and quality of service are truly noteworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octopush?

Occasionally, there may be some disruptions in sending SMS, but it is very rare and generally has no impact on sending, except for a delay of a few minutes. In any case, the client is notified of this malfunction. However, I don't know of any API that works 100% without disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Octopush:

Very good value for money. Support service is attentive and very professional, with good follow-up on cases. Assistance with installation and especially explanations of potential issues. The multitude of services offered will allow Octopush's clients to be fully satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octopush solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had major configuration issues because I am a beginner in programming. The support service helped me by simplifying their explanations as much as possible, which allowed me to better understand and finalize the implementation of the API on my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octopush solving and how is that benefiting you?
