I really like the way funnels are created, and how simple it is to be able to create several interconnected campaigns working in harmony, with very rich and accurate management reports. It was a frequent problem, as it is complicated to manage a high volume of messages. The ease of being able to transport candidates from LinkedIn to the Octopus software and having automatic campaigns built out to keep them moving through the funnel saves me a ton of time! No support you can speak with. Only support is email. Have to withdraw invitations for connection because there is, using LinkedIn criteria capability, a limited capability to narrow the search to exactly what you want so pending invitations continue to accumulate. Compared with other LinkedIn Software this is priced at just $40 where others are $150 + per month...some even have the audacity to charge a $1500+ set up fee. All software has a 100 connection request daily limit. Octopus requires some getting used to and the handholding is only via email so DIY might be best on this platform. Ability to increase network is simple and very effective. It is quick and intuitive. Platform is inexpensive, and simple functions like expanding your LinkedIn network can be learned quickly. Know that there is not much support beyond those tutorials, so if they don't help you figure out how to use Octopus, you're not going to much more support from them. On the negative, I've been unable to build even simple automated campaigns, and customer service is poor -- there is no human to speak with and they don't appear to offer any type of premium customer service.
