It also helps with the sharing part of the website creation process when you need to show it to the whole team. This tool is very user-friendly and lets you move things around seamlessly, allowing you to change the diagram on the spot. My partners and I love this tool. **What do you dislike about Octopus?** I am still learning how to use it to determine if there is something that I dislike about the tool. So far, all the functions I have used are working very well and saving me a lot of time. **What problems is Octopus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to do all this by hand in a notebook or using other tools, like Microsoft Powe Point, which is not intended for website diagrams but has the function. The ability to collaborate in real time with other team members with version history, internal linking abilities and notes is a game-changer. **What do you dislike about Octopus?** The least helpful thing about Octopus is that there's SO much you can do, it's hard to feel like you're maximizing it at all times - which is hardly a negative thing at all! **What problems is Octopus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had problems with clients making revisions to sitemaps and our team having a hard time keeping up with the latest revisions internally. It has a redeploy option in case of any failures and that's added advantage **What do you dislike about Octopus?** we cannot swiftly move process from one environment to other unless its approved at each environment level, which will cause delay at times when we really need to move the process quickly as per business needs. There is a room for improvements when we do project cloning or project setup initially. **Recommendations to others considering Octopus:** Implement it without any further thoughts. once we start using then in terms of saving resource time and monetary benefit will be lots. No follow up required since it has auto triggers at end of each steps/stages. so its a go to tool.. Its the past experience that makes us grow and this tool makes us to realize the same. **What problems is Octopus solving and how is that benefiting you?** its a life saver tool, rather than long manual scripts or plugins for deployment this automated tool has considerably reduced our deployment times. it has also benefitted in keeping version control across all environments.
