OCTOPOS is, in general, very convenient and easy to use on both the front and back ends. Its capability to handle all kinds of products, including groceries, non-grocery items, produce, seafood, and deli items, makes it an excellent POS. They have a great and prompt support team. Credit due where it is, they have been evolving faster and in a good way. The back office has improved significantly over the past year, resulting in simplified inventory management. There is really nothing about disliking the POS. However, this is an app-based POS running on Android. Once in a while, some minor bugs disrupt synchronization among POS, PAX, and the printer. Exchange of items is also a little tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
