What do you like best about Octopart?

It is very fast to find a part number of an electronic component, and all the relevant information: stock in distributors, datasheet, price... Also, it can be used together with Altium Designer, to automatically check the availability an priced of a bill of materials of an electronic product. Also bill of materials can be uploaded directly to check for availability, stock and prices for a specific quantity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octopart?

There is nothing I dislike, I would add extra functionalities maybe, like standard fields to compare similar components and use it to find alternative part numbers when there is an obsolete one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love how easy this website is to use and the wide range of places that Octopart sources from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octopart?

One thing I do not like is that the sites that are listed on Octopart are sometimes not legitimate. I wish they did not to vet the real sites and prevent the non-legitimate ones from appearing in searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
