Octobooks is accounting software built for your AI. It keeps the double entry books of a UK Ltd, a sole trader, a German GmbH or an Austrian company, and gives your own Claude (or any other MCP client) the tools to run them: book bank lines and receipts, match payments to invoices, draft and issue invoices checked against EN 16931, prepare the VAT return figures, and close the month with a checklist. Your AI may do everything in the books; you set the switches for what it releases alone. Every entry goes through a release and stays in the audit trail; nothing is ever deleted, a change is a reversal. Finished pages (cockpit, VAT return, month close, receivables) open right beside the chat. Data hosted in Germany. Start free, no card needed.
