Octo is an AI-powered Chrome extension for Google Sheets that analyzes data through natural language queries. The platform interprets questions asked in plain English and returns insights, tables, and charts without requiring formulas or pivot tables. Octo accesses only the selected sheet, keeping other Google Drive data isolated and secure, with no data sold to third parties. The extension enriches data by pulling information from web sources and APIs, reconciling mismatched datasets, and conducting quality audits. The platform creates visualizations, switches chart types with one click, and generates shareable PDF reports. Automation features include scheduled analyses with results delivered automatically, while email alerts notify when thresholds are breached or data changes. Octo integrates with Google Sheets workflows, transforming spreadsheets into monitoring systems for continuous insights.
