Octelligence supports customers across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with first-class jurisdiction support for each. The platform combines a cap table, share register, share certificates, and a structured corporate records book (minute book) into one system. Features include SAFE notes with cap, discount, and conversion handling, stock options with vesting schedules, warrants, multi-round scenarios with A/B comparison, priced-round batch SAFE conversion, and QR-verified share certificates with public verification pages. Multi-entity management is available for holding companies, and Portfolio Licensing supports law and accounting firms managing 50 to 500 or more client corporations. Most cap table software stops at the cap table, leaving the minute book, share certificates, resolutions, and governance documents scattered across shared drives. This drift between systems creates reconciliation work during diligence, audits, and term sheet negotiations. Octelligence eliminates the drift by tying every issuance, transfer, SAFE conversion, and option grant to the same share register that backs the certificates. The result is a corporate record that stays accurate and audit-ready, without the spreadsheet maintenance.
