Most of the time, upgrading the software disrupts the existing configuration, which often leads to several interactions with the support team. I love data management for a project on a single platform which makes it easy to report numbers to various internal and external stakeholders. Earlier, most stakeholders had to maintain offline files for their reporting and analysis.
