Infor EAM is a fully Web-architected asset management system.It is designed to enhance workflow and increase production.Software is more reliable. In EAM, we can properly maintain assets and calculate financial depreciation for fixed asset management. Asset structure hierarchy is understandable in EAM. Screen designer is helpful to identify the related tables Grant access to users based on specific user group. EAM is helpful to generate customized reports of assets. We can maintain large amount of assets in EAM application. Fixed asset and Global asset management team use EAM applications for asset management and assets financial calculations like depreciation. "Best choice for your Asset Management" 5/5 What do you like best about Octave Attune EAM? Infor EAM is the best tool for managing the assets in the organization. The best part of EAM is that it shows each and every little details about individual assets that how much cost has incurred on the asset, how many hours has this assets been worked on, how many and which of the labor has work on this asset and many more. Its shows you a history of assets that will help you forecast that whether the assets should be replaced or should it be continued, that will help you save an extra cost on the assets that are not reliable and should be replaced. What do you dislike about Octave Attune EAM? The downsides of EAM is that it didn't provide opensource code to make some amendments if required, you have to request to INFOR for any amendments like in Permit to Work process system allow users to upload document only when the status is Unfinished, but what if there is a requirement that before closing the permit user should upload a scanned signed copy of Permit from the Supervisor. In short you cannot change the system design. Also, the Review Work Request Screen from which user accepts or rejects the complaints doesn't have a auto refresh feature, user have click tun button manually in order to check is any new complaints arrived or not, that results in delay in attending the critical assets complains. The benefits I have realized is that I can check and schedule my labor and the tasks through the system. I can assign the tasks to the labor and they got notifications of the tasks.
