What I dislike about ETQ is that it may seem slow to make a change once it has been initially set up. I like most of what the product does well and as it is good at keeping track of and storing documents and it is relatively simple to add new users to the system. Also I was relieved to see that the office 365 integration did not automatically destroy my laptop as soon as I connected it to ETQ Reliance QMS. The user interface is an eyesore and the last time I saw something that looked similar to this was when I was using mosaic back in the early days of the internet. On top of that, the system is down at least once per month for an entire day or longer. This forces me to put off all of my tasks until the system comes back online.
