Since implementation in 2016, EtQ has been part of the company culture. Some feel it is difficult to navigate, though once used a few times it is fairly intuitive to use. Customer support is great and quick to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not knowing python or other coding software requires engagement from Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

I loved hearing how EtQ can be used for predicting quality events. The link from the manufacturing floor to continuous improvement is undenyable. The event location was comfortable and I met with some great contacts. Food was great and the event topics were perfect! I really enjoyed the vendors and feel like they could be very useful in identifying/alerting potential quality events Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

The training sessions held were for the IT crowd. I would have loved to have attended a training session for Quality/CI users. It would have been great to see how others are using each module to bring ideas back to the plant. Would you consider bring this type of training in addition to the IT training in the future? Please consider those companies who are green to EtQ. I am a newer user, and I have not found it easy to add information. I still have many "required" drop down menus that are blank. Its frustrating to have to stop the reporting to find someone who knows how to add the menus. As a platform lead @RRD, it will be my responsibily to train others and get folks excited to use the system. I feel like some fields (drop dowm menus) could be prepopulated. All Quality related modules in one place.

Easy to use with simple Workflows process.

Easy to adminster.

Easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

Some of the features removed in NXG version like backend access, reliance engine edit access.

If you need access to SQL or Reliance Engine and backend access in PROD, do not go to NXG versions.

NXG supports only web service as a connection profile. which will not work in many scenarios.

Mobile Capabilities are poor.

Nested subforms are not supported in mobile. Less improvements made for Mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
