I really don't like the code editors built in the system as it makes tracing indentation bugs very difficult. The dashboard very clearly communicates the options available to you and the tasks assigned. **What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?** It is unfortunate that we are unable to include/paste graphics/pictures within our assessment. This was how we previously helped document/substantiate our previous assessments and/or how the initiators would provide information. A feature needed would be an enhancement to the tagging feature that would help support collaboration better. I do not receive any notifications when someone tags me in the system. In addition, because the Nutrition Assessment and Regulatory Assessment are in many ways dependent on one another, I would like to be able to tag my partner on their assessment side to communiate information to them. We did this often (in just about every task) with our previous way of working. This leads to messages outside of eTQ. Is there an opportunity to change the task naming nomenclature? A few Hill's specific customization features that I would like to have: 1) Change the "Additional Details" header on the Regulatory task window to "Regulatory Assessment" 2) Need to have a different task type for our IOPs. We are currently using "Planned Deviations" for both where previously, we had them separate. 3) Ability of Regulatory to add additional reviewers to the task. Creating separate documents and then having to go back through and like them together makes it a very scattered approach. The structure of the process should mimic the actual workflow. I'd also like to be able to open investigations that are not associated with materials, like audit findings or upset events that don't directly involve material. Additionally it'd be great to include names of the poeple who are responsible for the current step. To see who is responsible you have to go the access control menu which feels more like an afterthought. For document control: My only complaint is that during the review process it isn't always clear what step the document is in, for approvers or reviewers they just have the submit button. It'd be great if that button changed to reflect the action being taken at that step. If I am reviewing it, the button say reviewed. The entire team now has access to the documents, forms and procedures that they need to complete their jobs without the need to work through a supervisor or administrator. I dislike that we cannot add a checklist to the system for lab investigations and have to complete a separate document and attach it to ETQ when it used to all be documented on one form. I dislike that I cannot see the assessments comments in my deviations. I dislike that I cannot add images within the text to add context instead of just attaching images. I dislike that we cannot provide assessments within the deviation and have to have separate tasks for these causing issues with visibility when saving the deviation as a pdf once signed. I dislike that we can't save filter views and have to change them every time we open it just to find what we are looking for. I dislike that we do not have the ability to assign multiple people to a task without requiring them both to sign off. I dislike that we cannot create an LIR for the same issue documenting multiple analytes. I dislike the category options available as they are not specific and there are minimal options pet food side which does not allow us to track the issues well. **What problems is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not sure.
