Great implementation team! Our organization has had a great experience so far with moving our systems to ETQ. We started implementation this year and have successfully implemented various modules, both out of the box and custom. The ability to design, create, and maintain custom made modules in ETQ was a major reason why our organization chose ETQ. Also, having interactions with other organizations using ETQ and their use cases has helped to solve various issues we have had. **What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?** I wish ETQ Reliance had integration with ETQ Insights and ETQ Helpdesk, Training etc. Additionally, I wish the mobile app was included in implementation, although I understand why it is not. Integration with Helpdesk would be great to link issues to our platform. ETQ training/help as its own area is nice, but if it were linked to ETQ would be better. Paper-based systems are now digital and more organized. Systems for which we had no platform now have a home and are integrated with other systems. For instance, our Risk Management systems are now better integrated with both existing and new systems. ETQ has made various system improvements in our organization more streamlined. We have saved a lot of time and money by having one interface where our systems live. This saves time and money on both the user side and the Admin side. It can tend to lag in response. Location is the primary driver for settings and division. As our company becomes more centralized, location lines are blurred, making it difficult to share information. Data is hard to extract; you need an add-on tool or to create database views that are harder to maintain. Options to build profiles with external data is very useful for user experience and for lookup within Reliance. It seems as though there is a push to limit the amount of flexibility of what an organization can do. Furthermore, features that used to exist do not exist anymore or have been curtailed. Billable support package is a minimum of 40 hours. Sometimes need a half-an-hour help - and that cannot be done, so you are left with a bad choice: either spend 40hours for a 1/2 hour issue or leave issue un-treated. (these 40 hours will expire after two years) 2. Help is often done as a "help-desk-ticket", so back-and-forth which causes many times to a delayed response, if the issue is not extremely easy. It could be that the customer does not explain the issue in "IT terms", but support should be more flexible. 3. It happened twice at least, where teams did not respond in a timely manner (more than a week to respond or forgot to respond) 4. We don't have to constantly wait for a quote for add a field or create a new form.
