I really appreciate Octave Imagine (ERDAS IMAGINE) for its powerful classification capability. It makes it easier to distinguish and identify the differences between land classes and land use, which is very important for us, especially in rapidly growing cities like Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The classification tools are very reliable when we carefully prepare our training samples. I also like how it allows us to identify the building tab, which is a challenge in rapidly urbanizing areas. Its strong change detection capability is another major advantage, and the image processing environment offers a great workflow compared to other software. Additionally, converting raster to vector format helps us filter and identify elements of land use and land cover change effectively. Overall, these tools are crucial for our land use and land cover analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time framework is more essential to identify the types of land and land cover. Due to this, it's better to improve access to get recent images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
