Octanist is an offline conversion tracking and revenue attribution platform for paid lead generation marketing teams and agencies. It connects offline sales outcomes back to the ad campaigns that produced them. Most paid teams optimize their ad spend based on what their ad platforms can see: clicks and form fills. But form fills are not the same as revenue. Some campaigns generate dozens of leads that never close. Others generate fewer leads, but those leads turn into the biggest deals. Without linking offline sales back to the original ad click, paid teams cannot tell which campaigns drive revenue and which only look like they do. Octanist tracks every lead from the first ad click through to the closed deal, then sends qualified leads, won deals, and deal value back to ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. Bidding algorithms can then optimize for revenue rather than lead volume. Octanist is used by paid media specialists at companies whose sales close offline, and by performance agencies that manage lead generation campaigns on behalf of such clients. Common categories include home and interior retail, professional services, healthcare, renovation and home improvement, automotive sales, and B2B software. The platform is set up in one to two business days and does not require an engineering project or a custom data warehouse. Key capabilities: • Multi-touch attribution from ad click to closed deal across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads • Offline conversion sync that sends qualified leads, won deals, and deal value back to ad platforms • Lead qualification workflow with manual marking inside Octanist or automatic syncing from CRM systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, monday, and ClickUp • Cross-channel performance dashboard with metrics including CPL, CPQL, CPWL, ROAS, and won value at campaign, ad-set, and keyword level • Server-side tracking through Google Tag Manager Server Container, supporting cookie-resilient and privacy-safe data collection • GDPR and DMA compliance, with consent signals captured per lead and included with every conversion sent to ad platforms Octanist customers report €210M+ in revenue sent back to ad platforms, an average revenue growth of 32%, and an average reduction in wasted ad spend of 18%. The platform is used by performance agencies and in-house marketing teams.
