It would be helpful to have more complete annotation tools like text boxes, arrows, shapes, highlighters, and erasers that are easy to access while screen-sharing. Additionally, having the ability to draw or write freely on the screen would let us sketch quick ideas, circle elements, or note changes directly on creative assets during client reviews. Unlike other apps, I haven't had any lag or disconnections during long calls, which is vital for my meetings. OctaMeet also has a very clean and intuitive design. From the start, I felt comfortable navigating the interface, without the need for tutorials or guides. The screen sharing options are simple, and you can choose to share only a specific app, which I find extremely useful when you want to prevent others from seeing your personal tabs or apps.
