"User-Friendly and Cost-Effective Meeting Solution"
What do you like best about OctaMeet?

I appreciate OctaMeet's clean and user-friendly interface. It's really straightforward, allowing you to schedule or join a meeting in just a few clicks, which is great for teams that don't want to deal with complex settings. The stable audio and video quality are reliable, even for medium-sized groups, which is crucial for our regular team meetings. Screen sharing works smoothly, which is essential for presentations, demos, or walkthroughs. I also find the AI-powered features like AI-based meeting summaries and recordings very helpful for saving time when reviewing discussions or sharing notes with teammates who couldn't attend. Being cross-platform accessible on the web, desktop, and mobile increases its usability for remote or hybrid teams. What I like most about OctaMeet is that it focuses on doing the core things well—easy setup, reliable meetings, and practical collaboration tools—without overwhelming users with unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OctaMeet?

OctaMeet currently lacks some advanced meeting controls like detailed participant moderation, built-in breakout rooms, and custom branding options, which can make it less ideal for large webinars or enterprise-level use. Some users feel the interface could be more polished, with a few navigation elements not being intuitive and certain settings being buried or inconsistent across desktop and web. While OctaMeet generally performs well, video can lag or pixelate and audio can sync poorly on weaker internet connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
