mFax is a modern, cloud-based fax and document delivery platform built for businesses that need fast, secure, and reliable communication. Designed for healthcare, legal, finance, and other regulated operations, mFax delivers HIPAA-aligned workflows complete with encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, access controls, and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at no additional cost. mFax replaces legacy fax machines and outdated phone-line systems with a cloud-native, cross-platform solution accessible from any device. Whether through a web portal, email, desktop, or mobile, teams get a consistent experience everywhere — and can send, receive, and track faxes in seconds, with their first fax going out in under two minutes. No hardware, no paper, no setup overhead. Built on a resilient delivery network with real-time status tracking, mFax ensures documents arrive reliably on the first attempt. The platform pairs an intuitive, clean interface with the security and compliance controls that regulated teams depend on, making it equally suited to solo practitioners, growing clinics, and distributed organizations. With enterprise-grade security and reliability — without enterprise complexity — mFax gives businesses a faxing solution that just works, on any device, from anywhere.
