Quoting an import usually means juggling a spreadsheet, a tariff website and an exchange-rate tab. OCTA Cost puts it all in one place. Enter line items with goods value, freight, insurance and other charges. OCTA Cost suggests HS codes from your product descriptions and estimates duty and VAT using live tariff data for the UK, US and Canada, plus indicative rates for around 30 other countries. It applies the right valuation basis for each destination (CIF for the UK and EU). Set your margin per line or per quote, quote in your customer's currency, and export a branded PDF with your logo, company and bank details, validity and terms. Keep customers and suppliers in a built-in CRM and track every quote from draft to accepted. All duty and VAT figures are estimates. Start free with a 14-day full trial, no card needed.
