## About Ochatbot
Ochatbot is a Free AI chatbot for eCommerce, support and lead generation. It has advanced eCommerce features with abandoned cart, order status, adding to cart inside the chat window and more. It automatically connects to all ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Woocommerce. It includes live chat and handles support questions and connects to CRM's and ticketing platforms. Leadbot is a simplified version of Ochatbot with prebuilt bots for over 80 industries. Both Ochatbot and Leadbot have Free plans.

**What do you like best about Ochatbot?**

Visitors to my website who engage with the Ochatbot convert at a rate 15x those who don't interact with it. We get weekly reports and can fine tune our answers depending on the season, promotion, new products, etc.

**What do you dislike about Ochatbot?**

It works like a charm! I have nothing negative to say.

**What problems is Ochatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple questions are answered without involving my staff. And the chatbot is programmed to make selling suggestions.
