OCELL is a Munich-based green-tech startup dedicated to developing transparent, measurable, and effective climate protection projects. By leveraging advanced forestry technology, OCELL collects reliable data through regular monitoring and transparent reporting. Their innovative approach involves processing aerial imagery and various data sources using artificial intelligence to create "digital twins" of forests. These digital models provide insights into forest growth, current carbon storage capacity, and other critical metrics, enabling the prediction of optimal forest management strategies to enhance long-term carbon sequestration. Currently, over 800,000 hectares of sustainable forest land across eleven countries are managed using OCELL's software.
