**What do you like best about OceanX?**

OceanX has some very good employees who try and take care of their clients.

**What do you dislike about OceanX?**

OceanX still has some work to do to catch up with competitors when it comes from a technology/reporting standpoint.

**What problems is OceanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly ship goods to customers via a DTC model in both a la carte and subscription products.
