My on-site managers can do their weekly inspections around their buildings in a timely manner. All of our on-sites easily downloaded the Timemark app without any issues or delays. **What do you dislike about Timemark?** I dislike that the free trial only allows you to take a certain amount of photos. It would be nice if the free trial would increase the photo upload limit from 50 to 150. **What problems is Timemark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Timemark to monitor on-site managers' inspections. It ensures they submit current, accurate photos weekly. It's easy to navigate, allowing timely inspections. ### 2. It automatically collects and organizes everyone’s photos by projects or members, so we no longer waste hours sorting through files or sending photos back and forth by email. Even when we take pictures offline, they sync to our team space as soon as there’s internet — no extra work needed. The time and location data on each photo are always accurate, which gives us reliable records. It’s also very affordable and focused exactly on what small teams need: capturing and organizing site photos without unnecessary extras. On top of that, we can easily export Excel or PDF reports with both the images and their details, which makes sharing and documentation so much easier. The interface is clean, fast, and intuitive. Highly recommend it to any small team that needs a simple but powerful photo management tool! **What do you dislike about Timemark?** I hope I can create projects on website and invite my members to team, because I use laptop to handle my work more. **What problems is Timemark solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. It saves me more than 1 hour/day for collecting photos.I used to using emails to collect photos, download/sort/change names of photos/check the members, it is so tired. With timemark, things are done automatically! 2. It can export excel reports with photos and information of photo clearly, it saves time to make report. 3. As a small team, the price is very reasonable and no minimum team size required.I can add temporary workers to the team and remove them after they finish their tasks. Timemark only charges for the period they are part of the team, making it extremely flexible. ### 3. The ability to capture photos with timestamps, geolocation, and notes has greatly streamlined progress reporting and before-and-after documentation. The new team portal Teamspace has made it easier to organize and share field updates across teams. The app is intuitive and extremely easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Overall, Timemark has significantly improved field efficiency. I’d highly recommend it to any team that needs reliable photo documentation. **What do you dislike about Timemark?** Would love to see more integration options in the future. Excited for upcoming features from Timemark. **What problems is Timemark solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we had to download photos from email attachments, organize them in folders, and manually put together reports. With Timemark, we can take photos with timestamps, locations, and notes. The team portal also helps us collect updates and generate reports in one place, saving us a lot of time. ### 4.
