**What do you like best about Cezanne Recruitment?**

I've been using Occupop for over five years now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for our recruitment process. From day one, the platform has been intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to post jobs, track applicants, and manage communications — all in one place. The ease of use is truly one of its standout features.

One of the biggest advantages of using Occupop is the time efficiency it offers. It streamlines every stage of hiring, allowing us to focus on the most important part — finding the right people. The automation tools and smart workflows have saved us countless hours.

If I had to mention a downside, I honestly can’t think of one — our experience with Occupop has been consistently positive from the very beginning.

**What do you like best about Cezanne Recruitment?**

Feels like the Occupop team thought through every part of the recruitment process, then created a system that halves the time it normally takes to do everything. Really simple to navigate, to get a quick overview of what's happening with any open roles and take the appropriate action, for example bulk responses where necessary and template responses. There's a good balance between customization and ease of use. Customer Support was also excellent, really prompt. Maryna in particular was always very helpful, nice to deal with and prompt in her replies.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

They've only recently partnered with Cezanne so can't comment on the pros and cons of that change, as I haven't noticed any difference yet.

**What problems is Cezanne Recruitment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many platforms now to post jobs across and checking each system individually or receiving loads of emails from each one makes it overwhelming. I turned off email notifications for all and would just log into Occupop every day to check candidates for open roles. I also found the reporting tool excellent for showing where the applications were coming from, where hired candidates came from, and this helped us to decide which platforms to promote jobs on, helping us save time and reach our desired candidates quicker.

Its very easy to use, and allows to complete remdial tasks efficiently. It removes the need of spending hours contacting applicants to arrange interviews with the addition of linking the interview schedule with an outlook calendar.
The implementation of of Ocupop has made recruitment much easier, and has helped reduce the amount of admin involved.

Email updated can be a bit overwhelming.

**What do you like best about Cezanne Recruitment?**

The invitiation to interview and scheduling of multiple interviews simultaneously is fantastic. Seamless organising of the interviews follows suit, where candidates get to choose time slots approved by you and agreeable by them. Eliminates a body of administration for the HR team versus organising interviews individually and manually, as had been the case up to quite recently. Reporting function continues to improve.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

One tweak perhaps would be the ability to duplicate a job ad to amend job location or some other minor tweak. It's a little more time consuming at present, but not by much. The introduction of Talent Pools is needed. A work around for scheduling interviews where calendar is populated with another item would also be beneficial.

**What problems is Cezanne Recruitment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned already, it is saving us considerable time in sourcing applications, organising or scheduling interviews, generating meeting links, providing candidate feedback, including hiring managers.

We'll become more savvy in our use of Occupop in the areas of requisitions, reporting and the likes but overall, a good tool.

I like having one central place for all applications to live on. It is an extremly user friendly software and their support service is also excellant. I have saved a huge amount of admin time since using Occupop and posting job vacancies has never been quicker and easier!

I have found it has been slightly difficult to roll out across the Company for hiring Managers as previous habits have been hard to break. Encouraging them to follow the hiring process and use the schedulling function within Occupop needs some more time and effort but is definitely on track!

It is keeping everything in one central location and the screening questions and CV scoring has proved most useful in getting us the right candidates for the specific roles!

**What do you like best about Cezanne Recruitment?**

The integration between Occupop, social media, LinkedIn and job boards has made it a very simple process to advertise quickly across all platforms, reducing the amount of time it used to take to post a single job across  all of them.
The agency login option is also extremely convenient for our business as we use several agencies and had to access several different portals to view their candidates. Now, they all come through occupop and all of our CV's are in one central location.
The CV database is a brilliant tool that we use constantly and the dashboard gives a really great overview of the jobs we have active / closed and the main sources for the CVs coming.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

I can't find many downsides to Occupop, but if I had to list one, it would probably be that ideally, we woulkd like an ATS system with an integrated HRIS.

Occupop saves us time and money with our recruitment process by integrating with our social media, website and job boards, it also gives us a central CV database.

The ease of use is my favourite part; straightforward to train anyone to use it, and, Occupop is always happy to take on feedback and make changes.

I wish it were slightly more user-friendly using the search functions. I want to be able to search for a service name (Location) and see the vacancies there. To filter the vacancies by hiring manager so I can see movement per team quickly and easily.

Easier to screen and process candidates. A snapshot to see where we are up to with each candidate and where we lose people. A great tool for improving the way we recruit.

Sometimes when a new feature is introduced, there are some minor glitches or the development does not view from the side of the user.  However in saying this, when we contact the customer support, our issues are resolved.

Glitches within the system, delays with postings (contacting external websites), I contact them fairly often, staff are so helpful, Erika in particular

The platform is really easy to use, but the support team and the help available beats the platform for top marks. Tough choice, but really has made a difference

We are working on the set up of the 6 different brands and having difficulty integrating with our Indeed campaigns. 
We also cannot refresh our ads on Indeed, so it is unfortunately, not having the great time saving edge i had expected during the trial period.

It was a time saving tool, for screening purposes, it's done this massively! 
Everyone in the wider company is aware of how helpful this software is as a tool for us all moving forward

Organised and easy way to keep our database, trustwhorty, realiable team support, nice design and has all the tools needed. Easy to use.

Depending the platform sometimes the info is not pulled correctly. I dont feel I can trust reports.

**What do you like best about Cezanne Recruitment?**

We like that we can customise each of our job adverts individually with specific questions.  We love working with the templates for the various stages of the interviewing process.  It's great that it intergrates with our calendars for scheduling interviews. Easy to check progress of candidates through the various stages.  Filtering option is brilliant for saving time when there is a large volume of applicants.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

The only downside is that is sometimes difficult to locate a previous advert than can be used again.   It would also be useful when limited to 15 live jobs to be able to create as many drafts of job vacancies as needed so that they are ready to go when a vacancy is taken down.  Currently if you have all 15 job vacancies live you cannot create a new vacancy in drafts.

We get all the candidate applications coming into one platform despite the source and we can sponsor jobs on Indeed by adding a code to our advert.  Occupop saves us time as everything, apart from the actual interviewing, can be automated.

It has streamlined the recruitment process for us. As a manager I now have to spend much less time shortlisting and the process of calling for interview has been simplified for our HR team.

I have yet to find something I don't like. My only regret is not finding out about it sooner!

The shortlisting and calling for interview process has been streamlined and occurs in a much more time efficient manner. We loose less candidates through delays in the process than our previous in house system.

Easy to use, we only have to post a job ad on Occupop to be visible on many different job boards.

We receive a lot of overseas candidates which we have to reject because we can't hire them. It's a waist of time. I think Occupop should check their right to work before sending us their CV.

Recruitment purposes, Occupop is our main plateform. 
We can find good candidates and we are more productive thanks to it.

Occupop really listen to there customers. My main point of contact at Occupop is David, everytime I have came to David with an enquiry he has booked an appointment for me immediatley. If we have a suggestion that would benefit ourselves then Occupop take this on board and constantly develope there website to the benefit of their customers. I have found that this is something that similar companies simply do not offer.

Nothing, so far I can honestly say that I have not had any issues with Occupop. It has always been easy to use, my questions are answered straight away and the system is always up and running with no down time at all.

Occupop saves us a massive amount of admin time as we dont have to check applicants in multiple different systems. It also allows our contract managers and myself (talent officer) to view the same adverts and make changes that both parties can see. This really saves us tones of time as we do not need to speak on the phone or in person. It is easily visible to see what has been done by simply logging into occupop and looking at the advert.

It's extremely easy to use and navigate. There are updates regularly which add improved features and these are fantastic. For small scale recruitment it is everything you would need.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

The fact that once a job is closed you can no longer move candidates along the process. Also when you select a reason  for a regret, it is not logged against the candidate, so for example if you log the reason as "needed fulltime", and you then need a part timer, it would be handy to see that the candidate was only regretted previously for that reason.

This is probably one of my favourite online platforms. 
It's really easy to use and saves so much time. 
I especially like how it tracks previous applications, so you don't have to waste time going over the same applications again.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

It's not easy to drag job applications from one part of the process to the next without using the scroll bar function. This means I have to drag an application into one colum, to the right of the screen, and then scroll across to drag it further.
It's probably due to the windows platform my machine uses.

It's making the recruitment process much easier. It prevents the need for duplicating tasks. It has a good diary function which links in with outlook diary. It can be accessed by multilpe employees.

Saves an amount of HR time! With just one click, you can post your job to numerous free, discounted, and premium job boards. You can also include all social media sites, and your careers page to post your job listings. No more copy + paste job listings on each separate job board. Ideal for us as a company with 20+ open jobs at one time. Also the automated interview scheduling takes away the laborious back and forth of interview scheduling. We have saved at least 20 hours a week with Occupop.

**What do you dislike about Cezanne Recruitment?**

None at this point. Ticks all boxes. It has all the features to like it.

**What problems is Cezanne Recruitment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from the time saved, Occupop offers extensive statistics and insights right out of the box that anyone can easily access and get a clear overview of recruitment at any one stage. It is perhaps more streamlined than other products on the market in this regard, but it contains everything you need in a simple, straightforward approach. Being able to collect hiring insights easily, measure hiring accomplishments, and communicate them to management is a significant advantage for me as a busy hiring manager.

Not too many downsides that I can think of, perhaps the positioning on some of the sites, as we dont pay extra to get them boosted up the rankings. We have to refresh a lot to ensure decent traffic

You can post your job to various free, discounted, and premium job boards, all social media platforms, and your personalised careers page with just one click. So that there is no more necessity of copying and pasting job descriptions.

I’d love to see career pages with this system, but I think this feature is actually coming according to the product roadmap.

A big problem solve for me is the reporting and analytics features. Occupop has out of the box comprehensive analytics and insights available. It may not be as comprehensive as other tools on the market, but it has all you need in easy-to-use system that is so easy to navigate. A key advantage for me as a busy hiring manager is that I can track hiring insights easily, I can measure successes and feed them up to management.

I like the features that help to cut down on the cost and time of hiring. We now have developed a great candidate experience, which was completely absent in our high growth startup. We now have the peace of mind we are putting the best foot forward and its been taken care of with Occupop.

Basically, I have no complaints about the product but it would be helpful if they addressed the recent changes in the most recent product releases.

With Occupop, we no longer have to wait a week or more for answers to our questions like we did with Workable. Instead, we receive a response from the Occupop CS team within hours to our queries. As a customer, we feel taken care of.
