While I do like how Occupier updates us through email and provides "digests" sometimes I think it is too often and I really never have the chance to look through all of them. Although my team and I are still relatively new to this software, it's been helpful with tracking deals and keeping things all in one organized place for the most part. We still use email for quite a few things, but we hope to get our clients accustomed to using and working within the Occupier software to streamline communication and decision-making. One thing I'd like to see changed is applying customized fields to more than one client in an easier or more efficient way. We can easily add customized fields to different Deals for the same Client; however, our team utilizes those same fields for various (if not most) Clients. With how the software is currently set up, we have to manually input those additional customized fields one-by-one for every Client, which is time-consuming. Out of all the lease management software systems I have used, Occupier is hands-down the most user-friendly and intuitive system. They provide ease and dependability to managing our lease portfilio.
