What do you like best about Occupier?

What do you like best about Occupier?

Occupier is a great product that helps keep track of all of the leases in my Company's portfolio. As a technical accountant, it helps me keep track of all of the key terms to make sure we are accounting for all of our leases correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Occupier?

What do you like best about Occupier?

Easy to use, straighforward, great customer support. Implementation went smoothly with Occupier entering our leases for us saving us a great amount of time and effort. Occupier guided us through completion of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love having all our leases in one easy locate place. The lease summary is very helpful. Occupier was incredibly helpful with implementing the new lease accounting standard and has continued be a great resource for questions post implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would start with the very affordable abstracting and onboarding of lease & related documents. From there the platform is very easy to navigate and you have all your lease/portfolio matters at your fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
