(7)4.3/5

Observe is an AI-powered observability platform built natively on Snowflake. It integrates logs, APM and infrastructure monitoring into a single platform built for AI-driven investigation. It uses a modern architecture to address the challenges of observability at scale. Features: Telemetry Lakehouse Architecture - Logs, metrics and traces live in one low-cost lakehouse on Snowflake, with support for Apache Iceberg. Storage and compute scale independently, so you can keep full-fidelity data searchable for longer without paying for idle indexing. Schema on demand means you don't have to model your data before you can query it. Agent Observability - Observe captures each agent run as a trace, covering prompts, model calls, tool calls, retrievals, latency, tokens and cost. Teams can search for the runs that went wrong, see exactly where they broke and track quality and spend over time. Agent telemetry lives in the same place as the rest of the system, so when an agent slows down teams can tell whether the problem is the model, the tool or the service underneath. OpenTelemetry and Apache Iceberg Foundation - Observe is built on open standards, using OTel for instrumentation and Apache Iceberg™ for storage to help teams preserve access to telemetry across the organization without locking agent data into a proprietary format or vendor. Observability Context Graph - Observe continuously turns raw telemetry into connected datasets that represent pods, services, users, builds and commits. It also captures semantics and adds meaning to the entities. AI SRE - An agentic assistant that queries the Context Graph to investigate incidents, identify root causes and suggest fixes. Code context can be added to it and can point to the commit behind a regression.
