Obrexio is management software for architecture firms that integrates operations, project management, documentation, construction supervision, and financial tracking into one platform. It organizes studio functions around projects, linking client details, contracts, schedules, documents, construction drawings with revisions, budgets, field logs, and financial records. The platform includes modules for CRM, project timelines, workflows, construction drawings, budgeting, field supervision, finances, analytics, HR, and team coordination. Key features include an append-only construction log for dispute resolution, whole-cent arithmetic to prevent rounding errors, and project-specific budget catalogs to avoid cross-contamination. Data isolation is enforced through authentication and database policies. All modules are included in every subscription, with tiers differing by user capacity, project limits, and storage space.
