The conversational AI assistant, BertIA, turns a description of the job — spoken, typed, or sent as photos or plans — into a detailed estimate structured into chapters and line items, in minutes rather than hours. BertIA keeps a running memory of each account: preferred margins, common materials, recurring clients, and past corrections. The system learns from every user's own historical pricing data over time, so estimates increasingly reflect that professional's real rates and margins instead of generic averages, and repeat work gets faster the more the account is used. ObraSmart Pro also includes integrated invoicing, with support for Spain's VeriFactu framework, so a validated estimate can be converted into a compliant invoice without leaving the platform. Invoices and estimates are delivered as professional, branded PDFs ready to send to the client, and both are kept in a searchable history. For teams that also handle floor plans, ObraSmart Pro includes an AI-assisted 2D plan and render generator: upload a hand-drawn sketch with real measurements, and the system produces a scaled floor plan and a visual render of the space. ObraSmart Pro is built specifically for freelancers and small businesses in the renovation and construction sector. It is used primarily in the Spanish market, with expansion currently underway into Latin America. The product is delivered as a web application, accessible from any browser, with WhatsApp as an additional channel for creating and managing estimates on the go — no separate mobile app installation required. An administrator dashboard gives an overview of budgets generated, invoices issued, and how much of the AI assistant's memory has been trained for that account.
