ObligoBoard is a cloud-based compliance obligation tracker for EU and UK small and medium-sized enterprises (10–250 employees) and the consultancies that serve them. It gives DPOs and compliance leads one place to record what their organisation has done, attach the evidence, and produce it when asked. The problem ObligoBoard solves: In most SMEs the compliance work gets done, but the proof is scattered across spreadsheets, shared drives and inboxes. When an auditor, customer or supervisory authority asks for evidence, teams have to reconstruct who did what, and when. How ObligoBoard works: Teams add pre-built frameworks: EU and UK GDPR, the EU AI Act, UK Business Compliance, and ESG on the EU voluntary standard (VSME). Each obligation comes with article-level legal references, plain-language guidance and an evidence requirement, so it can be delegated to a colleague who is not a specialist. Obligations are assigned an owner, a deadline and a risk level, and tracked through Not Started, In Progress, Completed and Overdue. Evidence is uploaded against each obligation, and changes are logged with who made them and when. Key capabilities: Obligation frameworks mapped to current law, with staged AI Act deadlines. Evidence collection with a timestamped activity log. PDF evidence packs for any framework and period, structured for audit review. DPIA and FRIA editors. AI-system, AI-vendor and AI-incident registers. Cookie scanner plus privacy-policy, DPA and sub-processor generators. Email reminders, multi-organisation support, and an agency tier with white-label client workspaces. Who uses ObligoBoard: DPOs, compliance officers and legal or operations leads at EU and UK SMEs in software, professional services, financial services and industry, plus compliance consultancies and fractional DPOs managing several clients.
