It’s user-friendly, so most of the time I can figure out the different features intuitively without needing additional guidance. We have five sober homes, and we’re able to track residents in each house, move them when necessary, and still keep all the valuable information in one spot without losing anything. **What do you dislike about Oathtrack?** The least helpful aspect of OT is the billing process. It isn’t easy to discharge someone and adjust the billing for their time. This usually comes up when someone leaves and, for whatever reason, we can’t officially discharge them until more than a week later. **What problems is Oathtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oddly enough, based on my previous answer, tracking bills, invoices and payments is one of the larger benefits to using OT. Prior to OT I was using a spreadsheet which had to be updated manually on a weekly basis. With OT reminders are sent automatically and payments that are made online are applied automatically. This is a huge timesaver. ### 2. It makes it easy to track attendance, progress, notes, and other important details without having to use multiple systems. It saves me time and helps me stay on top of each client’s needs. **What do you dislike about Oathtrack?** What I dislike most about OathTrack is that some areas feel too busy and require too many steps to complete simple tasks. I would like the app to be more streamlined, with easier navigation and the most important client information available in one place. Like the insurance- not transfering over **What problems is Oathtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** OathTrack solves the problem of having client information spread across different documents and systems. It allows me to track attendance, progress, notes, services, and important updates in one place.
