**What do you like best about Oasys?**

Customer support has been very helpful, responsive, and genuinely personalized. I also like the AI integrations, which keep improving over time. Pricing feels competitive as well.

**What do you dislike about Oasys?**

I work with a lot of teenagers/minors, and it would be really helpful to have both caregiver portal access and separate access for minors. I also have several clients who pay their copays or full fees in cash, and so far I haven’t been able to reflect those payments in the billing features.

**What problems is Oasys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently jumped fully into using an AI note-taker and treatment planning. Oasys has helped tremendously with both, saving me time and my sanity. It also feels like a much more affordable EHR than standard packages where these features are just add-ons.

**What do you like best about Oasys?**

Oasys has saved me a lot of time and energy when writing notes, and the AI features have been amazing. I also really like the form creator, which helps me create forms for my clients and makes the whole process much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Oasys?**

There have been a few glitches since they are a newer system but the team is very quick to address the bugs and always super communicative.

**What problems is Oasys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They don't have their app up and running but they are working on it and even met with me last week to get my input on what I would like to see included. They are interested in what their consumers actually use and need.

**What do you like best about Oasys?**

Oasys has genuinely streamlined my practice in a way that feels intuitive rather than overwhelming. The platform is clean, thoughtfully designed for mental health clinicians, and makes both administrative tasks and client communication much easier to manage. I especially appreciate how responsive the team has been to feedback and how committed they are to building tools that actually support clinicians rather than create more work.

As a growing company, there are occasional glitches that are quickly resolved.

**What problems is Oasys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note and documentation time has decreased significantly.
