It brings sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, shipping, invoicing, payments, customer management and after-sales service into one platform. It is designed for small and mid-sized businesses in Spain with their own warehouses, extensive product catalogs and customer-specific pricing. The platform connects everyday operations across online stores, marketplaces, B2B portals, field sales and points of sale. Teams work with shared orders, stock and customer information instead of re-entering data across separate applications. Orders can reserve inventory, move through picking and dispatch, receive shipping labels and continue into invoicing and payment tracking. Multi-warehouse stock and customer-specific price lists help keep availability and commercial conditions consistent across channels. O2W's connector offering includes Amazon, Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Mirakl, alongside transport integrations. The scope of each integration, including orders, inventory, prices, statuses and documents, is reviewed for each project. Businesses that want to keep an existing ERP can start with O2W Connect, which supports systems such as Sage, A3ERP, Factusol and Odoo, and assess a phased transition to Integral when appropriate. The modular platform can extend into B2B and B2C ecommerce, mobile sales, guided picking, pricing rules, customer self-service and technical support. O2W also supports access to ERP information through MCP for assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, subject to user permissions. Implementation starts with an operational assessment, followed by data preparation, a pilot, team training and a phased rollout. Migration, connectors and custom development are scoped separately. Spanish invoicing and tax requirements, including VeriFactu, SII and international sales, are assessed against each company's needs rather than assumed to be identical for every business.
