I like O'Reilly's live events. They prepare me quite in advance of what my company starts to adopt. I already know it from the O'Reilly live events. I feel that their layout and the way the recommendation algorithm works could use some help. The layout tends to get a bit convoluted with a lot thrown at you at once. Even when browsing and going into an item's details, that somehow tells the algorithm that you're interested in that topic even though you may just be browsing and looking for more information before deciding whether you're interested in that topic or not. The login via SSO is inconvenient to say the least. Given the amount of content, the search is sometimes not particularly fast and/or efficient. Not very easy: I had to receive approval from a member of my company. It is not possible to access the corporate subscription otherwise, in a self-service manner. I love the large variety of live and recorded classes that O'Reilly offers. It's really easy to access them and they are available at times that work for me. I also love all the different options they have because it spans my personal career as an admin and helps me with my transition into a PM or business manager role. They provide specific training for executive assistant and admin roles, which I can't find elsewhere. O'Reilly also helps with AI learning specific to my role.
